Dentures

For many of us, the thought of dentures conjures up images of people with ill-fitting teeth and awkward smiles. However, dentures have come a long way in recent years, and they can now be an effective solution for people of all ages who have lost one or more teeth.

We offer Partial and Full Dentures.

We can design either a full or partial denture for you. Full dentures are used to replace all of the natural teeth in your upper or lower jaw. Partial dentures, on the other hand, replace some of the natural teeth.

There are some pros and cons to each type of denture. Full dentures are less expensive than partial dentures and they don't require any special care. However, full dentures can be less stable than partials, and they can easily fall off because it only has your gums and palate to hold it in place.

Partial dentures are more expensive than full dentures, but they tend to be more comfortable, stable and are minimally invasive.

Metal Dentures

There are several benefits to wearing metal dentures. First of all, they are typically much smaller than acrylic dentures. This is because metal is a much stronger material, meaning less is needed to achieve the desired stiffness and durability. They’re also much more durable lasting 2 to 3 times longer than acrylic. Most importantly, since it has a much smaller footprint, metal dentures are also more comfortable.

We'll help you choose the right dentures

When it comes to choosing dentures, there is no one-size-fits-all solution. The best option for each individual depends on a variety of factors, including the health of the gum tissue, the number and position of remaining teeth, and personal preferences. Ultimately, the best way to decide which type of denture is right for you is to consult with one of our dentists at Curran Dental.
