Pensioner Denture Scheme
We welcome all patients approved for the South Australian Dental Service Denture Scheme (PDS).
Pensioner Denture Scheme - Repair Form
A PDS repair form is granted to repair your existing denture. These are generally issued if a tooth or clasp has broken from the denture or the denture itself has fractured. Repairs can usually be performed on the day but we will require your denture for a couple of hours. At your appointment please bring your repair form plus a current pensioner concession card or current health care card.
Pensioner Denture Scheme - New Denture Form
These forms are issued when a new denture is required. In most situation multiple visits will be required to complete the new dentures. At your appointment please bring your PDS form plus a current pensioner concession card or current health care card. Your payment contribution is required before collecting the new dentures.
